Fees are determined prior to commencing cooperation, based on scope, client objective, and estimated workload.
Hourly Rate
Standard rate: PLN 200–250 net/hour (+ VAT).
For cooperation over 10 hours monthly, a lower hourly rate or monthly retainer can be agreed upon.

- Flat fee:Pre-agreed fixed amount for drafting a specific contract or NCR registry entry.
- Staged:In court litigation — separately for lawsuit, court hearings, and appeal.
- Monthly retainer:Dedicated hourly package for continuous business and corporate support.

The amounts listed are indicative and apply to the standard scope of activities. The final fee is confirmed before starting cooperation, after reviewing the case, documents, and expected scope of assistance. When representing in full court or administrative proceedings, the final fee is agreed individually with the client in the contract, taking into account the nature, complexity of the case, and workload.
The firm's remuneration is a net amount subject to VAT. Listed prices do not include court fees, notarial fees, stamp duties, announcement costs, translations, expert witness opinions, or other external expenses, unless the parties explicitly agree otherwise.
